Custom Designs
A deposit of 50% is due upfront before your Custom Design is started. I will send an invoice via PayPal. Once your order is finished, I will email you a photo of the finished product and at the time the bill for the remainder of your order. You have 5 days (including weekends but not including legal holidays) to pay for your order otherwise you forfeit your deposit. If you are unhappy with the finished product BEFORE it is shipped I will do my best to accommodate you within reason. However this may result in extra charges for you as well if more items are needed than originally agreed upon. In the event your not happy with the item before shipping & want to cancel your deposit will ONLY transfer to a store credit in that amount. No other refunds will be given.

All wreaths are shipped via UPS. Insurance is also included in your shipping charges with UPS as well. You will receive notification of when your item is shipped and any tracking information that is available.

International Shipping
Please contact me for shipping outside of the US. If items are shipped outside the US, the buyer is responsible for any fee's or taxes incurred. Please bear in mind your item may sit in Customs for a very long time depending on the country you live in. I am not responsible for the item once it leaves me. Also, please beware of your countries policies of importing the items used in your wreath. Some country's do not allow some items I use.

Shipping & Design Times
Items will be listed in the shop as ready to ship or needing to be ordered.
Items ready to ship will be shipped within 1-2 business days of your cleared payment. Custom Orders take 7 days depending on your order once you have paid your 50% deposit. If you order will take longer than 7 days you will be notified BEFORE making your deposit.
Refunds
I take great pride in my work. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me right away to discuss the issue. If you want to return the item then you have 7 days to return it. You must pay for return shipping. Items must be sent back in the same box and be in the condition you received it in. Once I inspect the item and see that those conditions are met, then I will refund your purchase minus the shipping you paid.
